Yeah. You can find most letters and memos in the USMA Candidate Portal (https://candidate.usma.edu/)

Please ignore my last comment. I got the "Candidate Kit" mixed up with the one you receive after being accepted. Anyway, I never got my candidate kit in the mail when I applied to West Point because I was in Iraq. I got all the forms e-mailed to me. If you never get your candidate kit, USMA can mail you another one if it got lost.
