I heard pack minimalist because you'll probably have to go running with your gear.
And my rep said get ready for constant repetitions of running, situps(set of 25), and push ups(set of 25).
I have been working on overall strength and endurance. I have heard it is best to be in the middle of the pack not to far foward but never falling behind.
